Day Five: Tempeh Bacon Gets Another Chance

I decided, after over a year long break-up from tempeh, to give it another chance.

I made the marinade for the tempeh bacon from Vegan Brunch last night, and let the tempeh marinate until I got home from work this afternoon. I fried it up with some olive oil and...

Maybe I was wrong. Maybe tempeh and I were meant to be. (As long as it is almost-burnt. And I think next time I'm going to bake it instead of fry it in oil.)
