Pumpkin French Toast
Once upon a time, I made one million slices of the pumpkin French toast from Vegan Brunch. We had so many leftovers that the boyfriend brought some to work the next day and fed some to his boss, who told my boyfriend that he should marry me.
It was so easy to make and so, so good. I hadn't had any kind of French toast in years, and I'd been craving pumpkin stuff, so it was just awesome.
