I finally got around to making the Mexican Hot Chocolate Snickerdoodles from Post Punk Kitchen (recipe here). They were amazing. I had almost everything in my kitchen already (except cocoa, which I'd just run out of), it took about a minute to get everything together, and they were super fluffy. I was all nerdy-surprised when I opened the oven and saw how much they fluffed out and how adorable they looked. This winter, I'm planning on making a metric shit ton of cookies and wrapping them up to give away to friends and family, and these cookies are definitely going to be included in the bunch.

These snickerdoodles are getting some good coverage this MoFo season. Yours look FAB!
:)
I made these a few weeks ago! It was before I was blogging, but I talked about them on Facebook. Mine didn't get fluffy it all - weird!
