Day Five: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie




Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup nondairy milk. (I used almond milk.)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree.
2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks.
1 scoop vegan protein powder.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Pinch allspice.
Pinch nutmeg.
Pinch sea salt.

Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Drink!
